oja86's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their oja86 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oja86 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We take reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
